Paysera disqualified itsself as a bank

The following case was forwarded to me: a Paysera customer had received a bank transfer of 120 € and was subsequently contacted by Paysera. They had blocked the amount first and now wanted proof where the money came from.

Since the 120 € was the payment of an invoice, the Paysera customer sent the invoice to Paysera, albeit reluctantly. This was followed by another e-mail that the customer should prove her relationship to the invoice recipient more precisely by means of documents.

When the customer wrote that the invoice recipient was her company under which she had been operating for 15 years and complained about the inquisitors for this procedure, the amount was activated within a few minutes.

The customer had made it very clear to Paysera that they act like the tax investigation or like a public prosecutor and asked who gives them the right to do so.

Result: it was 120 €. Once again, for clarification: it was 120 €. Paysera has thus completely disqualified itsself as a bank for every self-employed person and for every entrepreneur.
